General & Payments:
All paypal transactions will be managed by invoice.
Payment must be received within 24 hours of invoice.
After sketch has been approved no refund will be issued.
Point commissions may be asked to pay through widget.
Do not upload artwork without permission.
None of my artwork may be used commercially unless license is purchased.
I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
By ordering a commission you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Notes:
Requests for designs very similar to existing copyrighted designs will be declined.
Lineart is for private use only. Cannot be used to re-sell. Inquire about commercial use.
If providing a premade lineart for a design, lineart must be proven to be free to use or have proof of purchase.
Commissions will be started within 1 week of payment received unless otherwise stated.
A sketch will be sent to you for approval.

Fees:
Solid color/pattern/gradient backgrounds not subject to simple background fee.
After the order is reviewed, if additional fees apply you will be contacted for approval before the invoice is sent.
Any changes desired after the sketch is approved will be subject to additional charges.
